Some believe the depth of Skyward Schloss was an ancient land during ancient celestial times, one which was transferred and placed underground by mighty experts. Furthermore, this ancient land held many treasures including engravings and scriptures which were made by the elders of Skyward Schloss.
Usually, the region was protected by Skyward Schloss, and none was to enter without permission. Nonetheless, following the illuminating beacon, all eyes were set upon Skyward Schloss. With the guilds and factions grew eager and aggressive.
They saw Skyward Schloss as hogging all the treasures themselves. Furthermore, with the blinding light shooting across the sky, there was no way they would let Skyward Schloss do as they pleased.
Since most daunting figures from the various forces had undergone training in Skyward Schloss for some time, they were too embarrassed to go and seize the treasures for themselves. Thus, they decided to send forth their disciples and members to Skyward Schloss. This marked a great change as Boundless Heaven became lively with innumerable Arcane Bridges, carriages and battleships were hurrying toward Skyward Schloss.

A phoenix-like beast in the sky was seen dragging a black golden carriage as it speedily charged towards Skyward Ancient City. This drew the attention of numerous cultivators. The man in black muttered to himself. Upon careful observation, there was a black pendant hanging in front of his chest, gleaming with mysterious runes surrounding it.
“Anyway, Skyward Ancient City isn’t so far from here, so it won’t take much time to reach it. It is said that Yue Mingkong, the Most Graceful Damsel of Unrivaled Celestial Dynasty, has the traits of an emperor. Could she possibly be here?” Saying that, the man revealed a strange smile as he sank into deep thought while staring in the direction where the carriage was heading.
At that moment, a hostile voice sounded from the black pendant. “Brat! Don’t you forget what’s important! Skyward Schloss holds your Destiny! Don’t get distracted by a mere woman. She is not your priority even if she’s the princess of Unrivaled Celestial Dynasty!”
Hearing that, the man in black was somewhat disaffected. He replied. “It doesn’t hurt to just look, right? We don’t even know if it’s really the princess. Besides, why would the princess of Unrivaled Celestial Dynasty be here anyway?”
As he was speaking, he stood up and left the tavern before heading toward the carriage, paying no attention to the advice from his pendant.
