    Silavin

DDL (divinedaolibrary.com) is operated and owned by Silvain. With over 5 years of experience in the web-novel translation industry, Silavin has journeyed through various roles, from a translator to becoming a site-manager. He has demonstrated a profound commitment to quality in the novels he oversees, from 'Martial Peak' to 'Fated Villain'. Such novels would not possess the quality they currently have without his hand in them. In 2017, Silavin, just a serviceman serving the army of Singapore, was hooked on wuxia and xianxia novels. Silavin could go weeks reading and immersing himself in those worlds. There, he stumbled onto a novel, whose translation has ceased. Dedicated to continuing it, driven by a vision to one day have this novel fully translated with quality, and contribution to public, he created this humble site. Without much prior experience in this field, he dove in head-first. Learned programming, learned how to translate, learned how to work in the online space of anonymous people.   Now, after more than 5 years, he, and the community that supports him, has brought DDL to its current heights.   'I would like to thank all of you who have supported us throughout this journey. DDL and I would not have ever been able to finish what we have started without all your support. Thank you. I would truly like to thank you.'

by Silavin Translator: Lizz   "When you showed him the book, Zechs got angry, didn't he, Nia?"   "Uh huh. I called out to him, but he tried to run away."   That must be because Leon had repeatedly warned him not to get close to the villagers.   "Did this happen because you forced him to read the book together?"   As he asked while brushing the girl's now healed face, and she nodded.   (He has never approached the library. He has completely refused to…

Chapter 11.2, Breathing Into Shape Cover
by Silavin Translator: Lizz Proofreader: Xemul   The first time they had met had surely been anticlimactic.   There had been no denying that she had been a beauty, but she had truly looked like a little girl. Even when laughing or getting angry, she had been very childlike.    He had thought of it as interesting. He had liked her. There had been the curse, of course, but he had thought that if she had kept him company, it wouldn't have been boring.    Therefore, he had…

by Silavin Translator: Lizz Proofreader: Xemul   Lengthy months and years had the power to corrupt humans. Tinassha knew that well.    No matter how strong one's emotions were, once enough time had passed, everything would just be duties. Even pain would be forgotten. That was an essential element for humans to be able to keep on living.    But… What about her?   She had been relying on only her strong emotions to pass these lengthy times.    Did those…

by Silavin Translator: Lizz Proofreader: Xemul   When Oscar woke up, he found himself lying in a dark room. It wasn't his private chamber.   All his wounds had been healed; the blood had been wiped off, and he had been changed into a new tunic.    Getting up and looking out the window, he saw the moon shining over a vast plain. No other room was at such a high place - he was in the witch's bedroom, situated on the top of level of the tower.    Oscar turned around. The…

Chapter 7.1, Falling into Water Cover
by Silavin Translator: Lizz Proofreader: Xemul   Tinassha officially announced that she was a witch after returning to the castle. The reactions varied.    Many questioned her being Oscar's guardian due to a fairy tale that was quite different from the truth, but most of those who knew her personally accepted the news favorably, though to different extent. There must have been conflicts between them, and not small ones. But since nothing was shown on the surface, Tinassha simply smiled her…

It was Farsas year 526, the 187th Aitea Festival.   Tinassha had come to town since early morning and toured around the stalls. When it was nearly dusk, she came…

Everyone is looking for you!"   "Eh?"   She looked awkward. Oscar tapped at her head.   "So it's because you went out to fool around. You'll be scolded for sure."   "That's not the case here! Someone was murdered!"   "Eh?"   This time,…

      Chapter 3.2, Muddy Water Cover
by Silavin Translator: Lizz Proofreader: Xemul   In the morning, Art inspected the moat with Carve's help, then went to meet the lover of the murdered magician. She was completely frantic and kept shouting that she wanted to find the one who had killed her lover, so they couldn't get anything worthy from her. Hearing her continuous shrieking gave Art a headache.    "After all, what kind of person was the victim?"   Meldina asked as the three of them had lunch together. Carve…

      Chapter 3.3, Muddy Water Cover
by Silavin Index Translator: Lizz Proofreader: Xemul   At Tinassha's question, the room erupted with noises before Feura could say anything.  It was mainly the magicians who got surprised, but Art and Meldina also looked back at Tinassha in astonishment.  Kum asked her on behalf of everyone:   "How do you know?"   "How… Because I am one. Just by looking, I know whether a person is, or was, an elementalist. Temis' tattoo was something very difficult for someone who isn't…
