    Silavin

DDL (divinedaolibrary.com) is operated and owned by Silvain. With over 5 years of experience in the web-novel translation industry, Silavin has journeyed through various roles, from a translator to becoming a site-manager. He has demonstrated a profound commitment to quality in the novels he oversees, from 'Martial Peak' to 'Fated Villain'. Such novels would not possess the quality they currently have without his hand in them. In 2017, Silavin, just a serviceman serving the army of Singapore, was hooked on wuxia and xianxia novels. Silavin could go weeks reading and immersing himself in those worlds. There, he stumbled onto a novel, whose translation has ceased. Dedicated to continuing it, driven by a vision to one day have this novel fully translated with quality, and contribution to public, he created this humble site. Without much prior experience in this field, he dove in head-first. Learned programming, learned how to translate, learned how to work in the online space of anonymous people.   Now, after more than 5 years, he, and the community that supports him, has brought DDL to its current heights.   'I would like to thank all of you who have supported us throughout this journey. DDL and I would not have ever been able to finish what we have started without all your support. Thank you. I would truly like to thank you.'

    • Chapter 389, The Boundary of the Hundredth Layer

Chapter 389, The Boundary of the Hundredth Layer Cover
by Silavin Translator: Barnnn Editor: Silavin   As Tsutomu walked with the others, he continued turning over ideas in his head, trying to figure out ways to persuade them to reconsider. But Garm's earnest plea still lingered in his mind, and it robbed him of the levity he would have normally used to dismiss the idea.     For the first time since coming to this world, he felt a sentiment similar to what Amy often showed. His gaze drifted to Garm, who had somehow ended up mediating…

Chapter 391, The Appraisal’s Result Cover
by Silavin Translator: Barnnn Editor: Silavin     Though Tsutomu had safely returned to the Guild, his steps were light only in appearance; internally, unease gnawed at him. He followed behind Garm, who walked ahead with his usual vigilance, shielding them from the stares of onlookers.   "Congratulations on your victory! By the way, about that Black Gate--"   "That gate didn't open, did it!?"   "Amazing! You guys really did it!"   "Is there more…

Chapter 392, The Cost of Making a Point Cover
by Silavin Translator: Barnnn Editor: Silavin     Seated in his room, Tsutomu slumped into a chair as he stared down at the strange paper card he had brought back from Amy's room.   To return to his world, he now needed at least two permissions, and only those who had gotten through the hundredth layer alongside him were even eligible, limiting his choices to Amy, Garm, Daryl, and Amira. Worse still, the card was cursed with a cruel stipulation: each denial would increase the…

      Chapter 381, Disputed Verdicts Cover
by Silavin Translator: Barnnn Editor: Silavin   "You've got to be kidding me!! That doesn't count! It's void! Refund our money!"   "He was dead! He HAD to be! How the hell does that count as surviving!? This has never happened before!"   "Why is this happening!? You told me he was done for! I already spent my whole payout!"   "Shut up! Stop shrieking at me! I don't get it either, all right!? This whole thing's unprecedented! If I don't get my money back, heads are gonna…
    • Chapter 382, Inadequacy

      Chapter 382, Inadequacy Cover
by Silavin Translator: Barnnn Editor: Silavin   She had wanted to become an Explorer like her mother. A warrior so strong she could turn the tide of battle on her own...   "You doin' okay over there?"   "...Shaddup."   Amira swatted away Hannah's outstretched hand. She had collapsed to the ground, her stamina pushed to its limits after a punishing mock battle. It was more like a brutal brawl, really, with Garm and Amy. Using her greatsword for support, she forced herself…
    • Chapter 361, Deciding on Members for the Hundredth Layer

Chapter 361, Deciding on Members for the Hundredth Layer Cover
by Silavin Translator: Barnnn Editor: Silavin   "Welp, I knew this was happening. They'll probably clear it by tomorrow."   Back at the Guild, Tsutomu watched with a sour expression as Ealdred Crow's Team 1 began their assault on the ninety-sixth layer. Now that the strategy for the defensive battle had been made public, they had wasted no time taking action. With the help of Bittman, who had experience in military tactics, and the Dragon's functions now revealed, it was only a matter of time…

Chapter 363, The Difference in Leadership Cover
by Silavin Translator: Barnnn Editor: Silavin   Three days after they cleared the ninety-seventh layer, Korinna finally made her decision. That night, she visited Tsutomu's room, her arms straining to hold an unruly stack of papers. When he opened the door to let her in, she stepped inside as if crossing the threshold of a demon's den.   "That's a lot of data," Tsutomu observed. "Did you write all this yourself?"   "No, um... I had help from Miss Pico."   Newspapers and…

Chapter 362, The Path Ahead Cover
by Silavin Translator: Barnnn Editor: Silavin     The moment Tsutomu opened his eyes, memories of the previous day returned with unwelcome clarity. With a sigh heavy with gloom, he closed them again, choosing instead to cocoon himself in the soft sheets like a child hiding from the world.   He'd been conscious of it ever since they reached the Black Gate on the ninety-ninth layer, but now that the reality of facing the Corroded Elder Dragon loomed ever closer, the very act of…
    • Chapter 367, How to Break an Organ

Chapter 367, How to Break an Organ Cover
by Silavin Translator: Barnnn Editor: Silavin   "I must say, it's been underwhelming so far," Xeno muttered.   "Yeah... but something about it gives me the creeps," Hannah replied, eyes narrowed.   Xeno had drawn the aggro first and was still untouched, soaring through the air with ease. Hannah, flying beside him, was focused entirely on reading the monster's movements. Yet the Corroded Elder Dragon had only unleashed its corrosive breath so far, easily avoided by retreating into…
    • Chapter 365, An Inescapable Reality

Chapter 365, An Inescapable Reality Cover
by Silavin Translator: Barnnn Editor: Silavin   Although the party had technically undergone a lineup change, only Xeno and Daryl had been swapped, so the impact on their coordination was minimal. Daryl had gotten too used to working with a Channeler's style, perhaps, but for better or worse, he was a straightforward boy who could be course-corrected in no time. As for Xeno, with Pico acting as his advisor, he was not likely to become a liability either.   "You're getting the hang of it,"…
