    Silavin

DDL (divinedaolibrary.com) is operated and owned by Silvain. With over 5 years of experience in the web-novel translation industry, Silavin has journeyed through various roles, from a translator to becoming a site-manager. He has demonstrated a profound commitment to quality in the novels he oversees, from 'Martial Peak' to 'Fated Villain'. Such novels would not possess the quality they currently have without his hand in them. In 2017, Silavin, just a serviceman serving the army of Singapore, was hooked on wuxia and xianxia novels. Silavin could go weeks reading and immersing himself in those worlds. There, he stumbled onto a novel, whose translation has ceased. Dedicated to continuing it, driven by a vision to one day have this novel fully translated with quality, and contribution to public, he created this humble site. Without much prior experience in this field, he dove in head-first. Learned programming, learned how to translate, learned how to work in the online space of anonymous people.   Now, after more than 5 years, he, and the community that supports him, has brought DDL to its current heights.   'I would like to thank all of you who have supported us throughout this journey. DDL and I would not have ever been able to finish what we have started without all your support. Thank you. I would truly like to thank you.'

Chapter 68, A Maiden of Peerless Beauty Cover
by Silavin Translator: StarReader   Su Chen and Ah Chou were at the arena, watching several young first-rate experts on the stages. They were looking for one among them to challenge, hoping to achieve five consecutive wins and claim the hundred silver taels.   Suddenly, a series of sharp, urgent hoofbeats rang out from the distant street.   Someone galloping through the city?   Su Chen turned around in surprise. There were more than ten men and women clad in colorful armor,…

Chapter 67, A Hundred Silver Reward Cover
by Silavin Translator: StarReader   Su Chen and Ah Chou followed the crowd on the street to the south of the city and easily squeezed into the endless throng. With their first-rate skills, it was a breeze.   The two were surprised to find that a large martial arts competition arena had been built in a small square here. This large arena was divided into four towering, independent, thirty-meter-wide stages. Several first-class youths were fighting fiercely, with savage punches and precise kicks.…

Chapter 58, Half a Year of Peace Cover
by Silavin Translator: StarReader   Su Chen noted down the eight talismans recorded on the jade slips, tucking the immortal jade slip scroll against his body. He then set out from the deep mountains with a small medicine basket, heading to the neighboring county to fulfill his errand.   As he journeyed, his thoughts drifted to how he would locate these spiritual materials. The jade slip mentioned that making talismans was supposedly simple—merely requiring the four spiritual materials: ink,…

Chapter 57, Wanderer’s Journey: The Mayfly Chapter Cover
by Silavin Translator: StarReader   One month went by, and, within the Han Mountain Daoist Temple's grand hall, the lights remained blazing throughout the night without ever dimming.   The constables of Gusu County had long since abandoned their searches in Gusu City for the notorious outlaw, returning to their usual laziness. They could be found either idly passing time at the constable office or going door-to-door, 'collecting taxes' and indulging in hearty meals.   In the Wu…

Chapter 56, Deciphering the Spiritual Book Cover
by Silavin Translator: StarReader   Su Chen carried a basket of herbs and left the Medicine King Estate, heading to another county for an errand. He journeyed away from bustling Gusu County City, reaching about twenty miles into rugged mountains where few ventured due to frequent tiger and wolf sightings.   Entering the dense, deep mountains, he found a rock to sit down on in the vast and quiet forest.   He pulled out from his chest a heavy jade slip book that he had been carrying all…

Chapter 662, Where Did All These Dragons Come From? Cover
by Silavin Translator: Silavin   "Wh-what is this thing!? Your new Pet Dragon!?" Han Ke instinctively pressed herself against Lu Fan, seeking his embrace.   She had seen quite a few Pet Dragons before, but most of those she had encountered were Baby Dragons like Xiao Ye and Xiao Cui. They were cute creatures that appeared harmless and were adorable instead of threatening.   However, this creature before them was entirely different. Its head alone was the size of a house, and…

Chapter 663, How About Coming to My Territory? Cover
by Silavin Translator: Silavin   So, comprehensively speaking, returning to the Dragon Domain was not a favourable choice for them.   Rather than returning to the Dragon Domain, it would be better to find a remote Forbidden Area on other Maps and claim it as their territory.   With the strength of the four Rootless Dragons, even Divine Beings would easily get torn apart.   When that time came, they could find a decent place and re-establish a new Valley of…

Chapter 661, Compensation Shall Be Discussed Later Cover
by Silavin Translator: Silavin   The Bronze Dragon blinked his eyes, looking at his companions with disbelief. "Does this mean we can actually leave this place?"   The Two Headed Dragon nodded. "That should be the case. Although I am somewhat reluctant to leave the Valley of Life, now that the Valley of Life has been invaded and conquered by those foul creatures, there's nothing left here worth remaining for. I'm already content with being able to escape from this place together with…
    • Chapter 666, Fire Dragon Scales

Chapter 666, Fire Dragon Scales Cover
by Silavin Translator: Silavin   As the Life Dragon King entered slumber, Lu Fan also turned his attention to the Two-Headed Dragon and the others.   Since the Life Dragon King had already become a Territory Monster of Shadow Isle, these four Dragons would be no exception. After all, they could not possibly abandon their Mother and venture out to establish themselves as rulers elsewhere. That would not make any sense.   Seemingly sensing Lu Fan's gaze, the four Dragons appeared rather…
