    Silavin

DDL (divinedaolibrary.com) is operated and owned by Silvain. With over 5 years of experience in the web-novel translation industry, Silavin has journeyed through various roles, from a translator to becoming a site-manager. He has demonstrated a profound commitment to quality in the novels he oversees, from 'Martial Peak' to 'Fated Villain'. Such novels would not possess the quality they currently have without his hand in them. In 2017, Silavin, just a serviceman serving the army of Singapore, was hooked on wuxia and xianxia novels. Silavin could go weeks reading and immersing himself in those worlds. There, he stumbled onto a novel, whose translation has ceased. Dedicated to continuing it, driven by a vision to one day have this novel fully translated with quality, and contribution to public, he created this humble site. Without much prior experience in this field, he dove in head-first. Learned programming, learned how to translate, learned how to work in the online space of anonymous people.   Now, after more than 5 years, he, and the community that supports him, has brought DDL to its current heights.   'I would like to thank all of you who have supported us throughout this journey. DDL and I would not have ever been able to finish what we have started without all your support. Thank you. I would truly like to thank you.'

by Silavin Translator: Lizzz Editor: Hedge   That day, just before night arrived.   Around the time when Raven, who was certainly smarter than Marquis Evan Beurisen, was eating carrots grown just for him, and Luci, who had gone to find Hina, managed to obtain well-trimmed dried chicken, and Kyrie, who had been with Hina, tried to pet Luci only to get struck by his long tail.   At the moment when Arianneu, who had said she would try mint tea, frowned and angrily questioned why…

by Silavin Translator: Lizzz Editor: Hedge   He had learned to swim.   One might ask why a prince of a nation would need to learn to navigate the undulating depths of the sea, but incredibly, there truly was such an occasion, which was why he learned.   'What were you thinking, diving into that sea? Weren't you afraid?'   'I was afraid.'   'You see? The sea is truly a terrifying place. Even if the First Prince had just stayed put, I would have safely rescued…

by Silavin Translator: Lizzz Editor: Hedge   Snake hunting.   You must not grab a snake by the tail, nor by its body. If you carelessly touched the wrong spot, you would find yourself meeting the chilling gaze of the creature as it twisted its entire body to coil around the arm that seized it.   While you hesitated, sinking into those vertically slit, pitch-black pupils, the snake opened its long jaws wide and drove its dagger-like venomous fangs into your vulnerable skin,…

Chapter 210, None or Once (2) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Lizzz Editor: Hedge   "I haven't."   When Sleiman was suddenly asked if he had ever hunted snakes, he answered without a moment's hesitation.   "Do you have any intention of trying?"   After savoring and swallowing the raw oyster dish he had been enjoying for the first time in a while, Kalian asked once more with a quite satisfied expression, and Sleiman answered just as readily this time as well.   "I have no intention to, Your…

Chapter 209, None or Once (1) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Lizzz Editor: Hedge   Plants sometimes had such thoughts.   Perhaps the real reason Kalian had kept him alive was not actually so grandiose after all.   Around the time Kalian had gone out to chase after Allan.   After finishing his conversation with Chase, Plants went to Wilhelm Hall and met Arsene and Kyrie. He told them not to ask why, but to take turns staying by Hina's side for the time being. After that, he came back to Arpia Palace and met…

Chapter 208, Please Bear With It, Master (5) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Lizzz Editor: Hedge   Kalian was stubborn.   He takes after Chase in that regard.   To put it another way, Chase and Kalian's stubbornness was roughly equal.   —I told you about what would happen in February next year. Do you remember?   That being the case, there was no way Chase could win against Plants' stubbornness when even Kalian could not overcome it. In that sense, Plants' stubbornness was remarkable. Though it was unclear where…

Chapter 207, Please Bear With It, Master (4) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Hedge Editor: Lizzz   Sometimes, there were things whose order gets switched around.   "Everyone is like that."   Ian spoke cheerfully with a face that seemed utterly unconcerned and took a bite of the cherry cake placed in front of him. Cherries did not have as sweet a fragrance as strawberries, but their taste was sweeter. The cake, filled with the flavor of that round fruit possessing a much deeper red color than strawberries, melted softly in his…

Chapter 206, Please Bear With It, Master (3) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Hedge Editor: Lizzz   A voice emerged, sounding as if this was no longer surprising.   "It’s Beurisen again."   At that small muttering, Grand Chamberlain Raul, who was beside him, bowed his head, conveying that he fully empathized with Rmain's mood.   This was around the time when Kalian had ‘barked’ and Plants had ‘flailed about’, and they had agreed to something resembling a rough reconciliation.   Thanks to the pleasant…

by Silavin Author: Silavin   “Father, you can’t be serious. I’m about the same age as Lei Ao. All I did was pass him some of my insights into the Dao of Space and the Dao of Time. I didn’t really do much else. Why am I now considered to be his Master? That just doesn’t make sense.” Yang Ji expressed his doubts.   “Yeah, that doesn’t make any sense. Aunt Hu Mei'er and Aunt Hu Jiao'er also shared some of their insights as Twins with us. You, Aunt Yang Xue and Uncle Yang Xiao also…
