The Ancient Sky Domain was large and incomparably vast. Even if it had appeared in this world for half a month, no cultivator could find any signs of a residence. Instead, there were lots of ruins that collapsed in different places along with many tattered corpses, which had various ancient patterns imprinted on their decayed clothes. These corpses seemed to have died in a strange way. Some looked like they committed suicide while some looked as though they were killed by their companion. In some of the ruins, many murals and patterns were preserved. There were even some writings that recorded the things that happened in this secret realm.
After studying these patterns for a few days, some older cultivators who had studied ancient culture finally came up with shocking news that made cultivators from all sides tremble in fear.
“This secret realm harbors great opportunities, but at the same time, it also contains great terrors!”

When researching the information from these cold inscriptions, they couldn’t help but feel their body shiver in the cold.
[This secret realm isn’t a great opportunity, but a place to seal evil.]
Of course, this information caused an even bigger uproar than the first one. Many of the cultivators were left startled when they first heard about it.

Most of the cultivators were left stunned and confused.
Soon, some cultivators realized that there was a fog drifting out from the depths of the secret realm. At first, the fog was white, but then, it started to turn gray and black, even exuding a frightening demonic nature. Because of the fog, many ferocious beasts ended up losing their spirituality and rushed out from various mountain ranges, charging towards the cultivators who entered the secret realm. Some weaker cultivators got infected with the fog and killed those around them after losing their minds too. This frightening change disrupted the peace in the Ancient Sky Domain as everyone began to retreat. Even though it was important for them to seize the great opportunity in this land, their priority was to stay alive.
Even so, there were more cultivators heading deeper into the secret realm since they believed that with every great opportunity, there would always be danger around. It was inevitable! However, they soon found out that the fog was even thicker in the depths of the secret realm, and since the land was full of danger, one would easily get lost within if they didn’t know the path. Most importantly, there were many formations and traps laid down which would lead to certain death once they were accidentally touched. Because of that, many cultivators lost their lives venturing inside the secret realm. It was no longer a land of great opportunity, but a deadly grave.
The Ancient Sky Domain was plunged into chaos.

“This level of demonic energy can only affect ordinary cultivators. For cultivators who have been cultivating for a long period of time, it does not work at all,” Gu Changge said casually while standing on the edge of the fog.
With a slightly longer cultivation period, one could resist the invasion of this demonic energy. Not only him, the scenery in front also shocked the rest of the group. It might look like a mausoleum, but after a closer look, it seemed more like an ancient ruin that had all kinds of infrastructures, including dilapidated temples, ancient wooden halls and mansions. It was the corner of an ancient city hidden underneath the ground!

Ye Chen was getting a little excited inside his heart. After all, he could just go in to receive the inheritance.

After all, he didn’t need to deal with any beasts, traps or dangerous formations when coming here, so the trip was quite relaxing for him.

The realms seem to have been changed and/or messed up a bit again. Those cultivation novel authors should really get a bit more creative and think of unique short names for that stuff, lol. Always a pain when its like “peak super-duper-transendent mighty power rangers realm” kinda naming xD
