Hong Yi and She Zini were terrified, unaware Chen Changan could do nothing to them outside the Absolute Domain, where he was god.

Chen Changan thought, [I need to get these demons inside my range somehow.]

The Everlasting Immortal Fruit She Zini had caught Chen Changan’s attention, all the more reason he wanted to bait them closer.

[He-he-he, Hong Yi is a fine beauty, charming and coy. She’ll make for a good bed warmer. Ahem, just what am I thinking? How obscene!]

“Hey, why so silent? Did cat got your tongue?”

She Zini and Hong Yi snapped back to reality. They got flustered and didn’t know how to reply.

Chen Changan rubbed Ling Bao’er’s small head, “Do you still want her as your disciple?”

She Zini and Hong Yi shook their heads till dizzy. “No, never. It is her greatest honor to be Senior’s disciple. We could never match your greatness to teach her.”

She Zini gave a bright smile.

Hong Yi was tense, fearing of saying the wrong thing as she painstakingly calculated her words first before irking Chen Changan.

“Ha-ha, now you realize it.” Chen Changan said to She Zini. “Do you want to die?”

She Zini’s smile froze, his heart sinking in horror.

“Since you’re not talking, you must want to, right?”

She Zini shook like a leaf from fear, “S-senior, I-I don’t want to die.”

“Oh, and here I thought you did.”

Ling Bao’er giggled from the side. [This demon king was so tough before, but now look at him, like a scared kitty before Master. He’s so funny.]

She Zini paled white, bending his waist while his head sweating buckets.

Hong Yi didn’t smile. Once Chen Changan eliminated She Zini, she would be next. She might be enchanting, but she didn’t believe he would go easy on a flower. Better play it safe.

“Then hand over the Everlasting Immortal Fruit.” Chen Changan spoke.

“Here, Senior.” She Zini offered the precious fruit on the spot.

Chen Changan looked it over in his hand, finding it glossy and deep red in color. “This is the Everlasting Immortal Fruit?”

“Yes, Senior.” She Zini replied in fear and respect.

Ling Bao’er lit up as she only saw the dazzling Everlasting Immortal Fruit in her view. The intoxicating aroma made her drool.

“You said something about the Everlasting Immortal Fruit being the only one, right?”

Chen Changan heard of it from his Master.

The Everlasting Immortal Tree fell from the upper world. Its fruit helped one maintain their youth for all times, but it was also a great tonic for cultivators, remolding their bodies into that of an Immortal.

It was only a rumor, of course, and Chen Changan had no idea about its validity. Since he had the same Everlasting Immortal Fruit in his hand, why not give it a shot?

It would definitely be a wondrous boon to have an immortal body just by eating some fruit.

“Senior, the ancestor of the golden python race I belong to found this Everlasting Immortal Fruit three thousand years ago on Bronze Mountain. Immortals descended from the Upper World and took the tree, leaving us with the only Everlasting Immortal Fruit.”

Chen Changan was startled. He knew Bronze Mountain was in Wind Province since Eternity Coven was from there as well. But that area was forbidden because of the deadly danger that could even take a Nascent Soul cultivator’s life at any moment.

[To think She Zini’s ancestor braved it and survived it as well.]

That meant the golden python ancestor had to be stronger than a Nascent Soul, maybe at Spirit Severing.

She Zini had a reason for divulging this information. [Don’t get cocky being at Spirit Severing Stage, since my race also has that power.]

Chen Changan wouldn’t have cared even if he heard him.

He heard Ling Bao’er’s loud gulp and noticed her unflinching stare on the Everlasting Immortal Fruit.

Chen Changan chuckled, “You want it?”

“Master, can I eat it?” Ling Bao’er gulped again.

“Sure, just leave me the stone.”

The Everlasting Immortal Fruit was some prime stuff and he wanted to try creation on its seed to grow its tree. Then he wouldn’t have just one Everlasting Immortal Fruit.

[He-he-he, all the ladies on the Nine Province Continent would go crazy trying to get their hands on my Everlasting Immortal Fruits.]

He didn’t mind letting Ling Bao’er eat it, not when he’d gets bushels of it.

The girl was oblivious, simply touched by his kindness as she beamed…

“Hi-hi, Master is the best.”

“Won’t Master eat as well?”

Chen Changan shook his head, “No.”

He smirked, knowing he’d have scores of them once the Everlasting Immortal Tree bloomed.

“Alright.” Ling Bao’er giggled and chomped without delay.

“Oh~, mmh~, aaaah~…”

Hong Yi was so envious. She wanted one too.

“Master, it’s so sweet.” Ling Bao’er’s eyes glittered.

Ling Bao’er ate it all up in moments. Her body started glowing and even had a scent now, as her looks changed.

Chen Changan’s eyes flashed as he noticed Ling Bao’er’s body changing, her being glowing in an arcane and ancient light.

[Ling Bao’er body didn’t shine before. Master was right. Everlasting Immortal Fruit can actually make one’s body become Immortal. Anything from the Upper World must be divine.]

Ling Bao’er gobbled up the Everlasting Immortal Fruit, and then her features changed, making Hong Yi sigh in envy.

“Master, here’s the stone.” Ling Bao’er gave it to Chen Changan.

She Zini and Hong Yi looked curious at Chen Changan holding it. Touba Ye crawled to his feet, his mangled chest showing how heavily wounded he was.

He felt Chen Changan’s strength on his own body, loftier than a mountain, revealing only the very tip in that brief exchange he had with him. So he no longer acted out, turning meek like a child who stood in the corner.

Chen Changan held the stone and felt the faint vitality within, “It should work.”

He used Absolute Domain System’s second trait, creation. With the flash of a green light, mystical power poured into the stone.

Chen Changan searched for a good spot in the garden to place it.

Ling Bao’er blinked. [Is Master planning on growing an Everlasting Immortal Tree?]

She Zini was frightened but still gave a weak reminder, “Senior, Everlasting Immortal Tree is an immortal tree from the Upper World. It has strict demands of the land that I fear not even Senior’s sanctuary is enough to grow it.”

Touba Ye and Hong Yi approved. [There’s no way an immortal tree would grow out of any random hole. That’s a pipe dream!]

She Zini watched as the earth where Chen Changan planted the stone changed. A sprout broke the ground and grew.

Touba Ye: …

She Zini: …

Hong Yi: …

Holy hell!
