The slaves creating Magic Tools under Kousuke’s direct guidance had grown a lot over the three years.

Initially, the team was to create only Magic Boxes, but they had already been entrusted with the production of several other Magic Tools.

The number of people on the team was also greatly increased to keep up with sales.

The initial members of the team, including some of the younger ones, did not need Kousuke’s guidance anymore.

Specifically, they were able to mass-produce the Magic Tool that Kousuke had invented with only a little explanation.

Although Kousuke had been thinking about productivity when he was developing the Magic Tool, it had grown to an unbelievable degree, according to Schmidt and Dulles.

Dulles even said that he wanted them to handle all the Magic Tool work at Crown, but Kousuke was adamant about refusing.

Although they could handle the work by themselves, including training of new members, without Kousuke’s guidance, as he did with the early members, he still thought that their skills were still not high enough.

He would like them to be able to make a higher grade Magic Tool if possible, and he was confident that they would be able to do so.

Schmidt and Dulles pushed him to increase production, but Kousuke wanted their skills to improve a little more, if possible.

Of course, Kousuke personally still provided certain challenges to the initial team members.

He did not give them reckless guidance, because it would be a waste if they fell down due to the increased workload.

Dulles came to visit the Magic Tool creation team.

The person he was meeting was Anthony, who had become the leader of the team.

He was one of the first members of the team, and apart from the woman who was their caretaker, he was the oldest member of the team.

Of course, he was chosen as the leader not only because of his age, but also because of his skill in creating Magic Tools and his popularity as a leader.

He was 17 when he was brought here, but now he was over 20.

“Did something happen today? I’m sorry to say that production numbers have increased so…”

Dulles waved a hand in denial at Anthony, who had tried to answer earlier.

As a side note, it was Kouhi’s education that allowed him to speak properly even though he was a slave.

While Kousuke was giving direct instruction on Magic Tool creation, for some reason, Kouhi and Mitsuki decided to give instruction on general common sense and manners.

This was in anticipation of Kousuke’s eventual appearance on the stage as his direct disciples.

“No, no. That’s not what I came here to talk about today.”

“What is it?”

“Well? I have a little favor to ask of you. Of course, I have Kousuke’s permission.”

Anthony’s expression changed when he heard that Kousuke’s permission had been obtained.

For Anthony, this was more important than anything else.

The early members, including Anthony, came to consider Kousuke as the absolute authority.

By the time Kousuke realized this, it was already too late, and Kousuke himself tried to correct it, unfortunately his efforts were in vain.

This was the result of Kouhi and Mitsuki’s education.

Kousuke had already given up on that.

Kousuke was not completely closed-minded about it, since he was more concerned about their work, which would affect the quality of the Magic Tool they were creating.

Apart from the fact that it would make Kousuke feel uncomfortable.

“…So, what is the request?”

“Well… Actually…”

Anthony was somewhat surprised to hear Dulles’ story.

He had not expected Kousuke to approve such a thing.

However, he agreed with Dulles’ story, thinking that it was worthwhile.

Of course, he made sure to get the proper confirmation from Kousuke.

Crown became an even larger organization as the months went by.

Since it was impossible to have all the departments in one building, each department was divided into its own section.

However, this would have resulted in a completely separate organization, so the Senior Managerial Department was still housed in the same building as before.

Anthony was visiting the Crown headquarters with two members in tow.

Incidentally, the only members of the Magic Tool team who were allowed to leave the floor where they were based were those who had been approved by Kousuke and his associates.

Since they were making such an important Magic Tool, there were certain things that had to be kept secret.

After informing the receptionist at the headquarters of our requirements, we were immediately guided to the desired location.

The receptionist at the Crown headquarters was just as attentive as any other, even when they found out that Anthony and the others were slaves.

In Crown, slaves could also be given high positions, so it was only natural for them to interact normally.

When they entered the room they were shown, Dulles and three others were already there.

They were the ones who were manufacturing Magic Tools in the crafts department of Crown.

Anthony and the others were not exactly part of Crown’s Magic Tool making department in the Crafts Division, since they were nominally selling the Magic Tools they made through Kousuke to Crown.

However, they had Crown Cards, so they were also technically part of Crown’s crafts department.

But because they reported directly to Kousuke, their position was a bit complicated.

“Am I late?”

He asked Dulles, somewhat impatiently, since it seemed that the other party was already here, although they had intended to come with a little time to spare.

Dulles shook his head in denial.

“No, no. We were originally in a meeting. There’s no problem.”

“Really?”

Anthony could feel the reproachful stares from the other three while conversing with Dulles.

The same could be said of the other two he had brought with him.

It was a look that could hardly be described as friendly.

But considering what they were about to do, it was no surprise.

Dulles invited Anthony and his team to this meeting to exchange technical ideas by bringing their Magic Tools.

Both Kousuke and Dulles have a good understanding of what they work with and how they work.

However, the craftsmen working for Crown on site have little or no access to other production methods.

Dulles approached Kousuke with the idea that they might be able to inspire each other by hearing about the different processes.

Kousuke agreed, and this meeting was set up.

“Who are these people, Mr. Director?”

Celio, the representative of the crafts division, asked Dulles.

“Ah. These are some of the people we’re working with.”

“Are they…?”

“Yes, that’s right. They are the ones who are making the Magic Box.”

Celio stared at Anthony and the others with a serious look on his face.

He had heard from Dulles that they were young, but he had not expected them to be this young.

He could not believe that they were the ones making the Magic Box, a Magic Tool that would overturn conventional wisdom.

However, he did not believe that Dulles would tell a lie either.

“I see.”

With a single nod, he turned his gaze once more to Anthony.

The Magic Tool creation department that Celio was leading was one of the most highly regarded departments in Crown’s production department.

How would those in that department and those raised by Kousuke react to each other?

This discussion ended up having better results than Dulles had expected.
