*Whoosh!!!* Amidst Chu Bai’s great laughter, he drew the bow once more, an arrow transforming into light as it flew, piercing through Heaven, tearing apart even the Void itself.

Di Wen was both shocked and furious as that destructive killing intent descended upon him once again, enveloping him entirely.

He had no choice but to deploy the protective Artifacts bestowed upon him by his Father and others.

Wave after wave of brilliant radiance surged towards that arrow, attempting to block it.

However, Di Wen could never have imagined that this arrow would be so unimaginably powerful that it instantly destroyed all the protective Artifacts he had sacrificed, reducing them to dust that scattered between Heaven and Earth.

Among these was even an ancient jade bearing his Father’s Dharma Body, which shattered in an instant, likewise pierced through by that arrow.

“Impossible…” Di Wen could not believe it, his eyes widening in disbelief and terror.

Seeing Chu Bai draw his bow to shoot at him once again, Di Wen finally cried out in genuine fear, sensing that he might truly fall here today.

“Do you know who I am!? If you dare kill me, your entire Chu Family will suffer a great calamity because of you!”

Upon hearing this, Chu Bai neither hastened nor slowed his pursuit, aiming his drawn bow at the fleeing Di Wen, his face still bearing a cold smile as he said. “I care not who you are. Since you came to run wild on my Chu Family’s Territory, you must pay the price.”

This Sun Shooting Bow was so powerful that he must find a way to kill Di Wen here and prevent news from leaking out.

Though their battle range was vast, fortunately no cultivators in the surrounding area dared to spy upon them.

In the nearby Star Territories, even the strongest cultivators were merely at the Immortal King Realm. How would they dare to observe this battle?

This was also Chu Bai’s confidence in destroying all evidence. He absolutely had to claim the Sun Shooting Bow for himself!

Di Wen sensed Chu Bai’s undisguised killing intent, hatred and fury welling up in his eyes.

He had never imagined that he might one day die at the hands of an unknown Immortal King.

“My Father is Di Huang, the Beast Ancestor of the Beast Court! If you dare kill me, my Father will surely some to obliterate your Soul, making you regret being born into this world. No one will be able to protect you! All my Brothers are Beast Overlords and Beast Sovereigns of the Beast Court, with Heaven-reaching power. Killing a mere Immortal King like you requires no effort from them! If you’re sensible, stop immediately. I’ll forgo this Divine Artifact and swear not to pursue today’s matter!”

In his terror, Di Wen shouted aloud, constantly speaking, attempting to call out his Father’s name for hope.

However, methods that had always worked before failed today, receiving no response.

Finally feeling afraid, he brought up his background, hoping to make Chu Bai compromise.

“A Golden Crow Prince from the Beast Court?” Chu Bai was momentarily stunned, his expression becoming uncertain, not expecting Di Wen to actually be a Crown Prince of the Gold Raven Clan.

The Endless Beasts Territory was a Force equal to the Land of Celestial Suffering, and the Beast Court was once its Master. If he killed Di Wen, the consequences would indeed be terrifying—at least beyond what his current status could bear.

Thinking this, Chu Bai suddenly showed some hesitation.

Seeing Chu Bai’s expression appear somewhat uncertain, Di Wen rejoiced inwardly, knowing his background had taken effect. He quickly continued, “I can swear on my Dao Heart not to tell anyone about today’s events, as long as you spare my life.”

Though filled with humiliation, he had no other choice to survive.

Hearing this, Chu Bai paused his bow-drawing motion, beginning to weigh the gains and losses against Di Wen’s words.

    *Hum!!!*

However, at this moment, Chu Bai failed to notice faint grey mist emanating from the surface of the Sun Shooting Bow he gripped, spreading along his arm like tiny Serpents, continuously infiltrating and permeating.

[You must refuse. Their Beast Race has always been cunning. This guy is merely stalling for time, probably delaying to call for help. With his background, it’s impossible he lacks guardians to protect him. If you agree to his terms, you’ll just be giving him time for his guardians to arrive, and then you will surely die!]

[Kill him! Though it will bring a ton of trouble, given your talent and potential in the Land of Celestial Suffering, the Celestial Suffering King and others can’t possibly ignore you!]

This thought flashed rapidly through Chu Bai’s mind, and his gaze suddenly turned ice-cold.

    *Whoosh!!!*

The next moment, a terrifying arrow made of light whistled past, covering Heaven, instantly piercing through Di Wen’s body.

“What?” Di Wen’s face still bore deep shock and disbelief. He could not believe Chu Bai had actually dared to kill him.

Intense pain struck as all his consciousness began to blur and dissipate.

Then, a palm-sized Golden Crow True Spirit tried to flee in terror and despair, but was quickly devoured by the arrow.

“Father, Brothers, you must avenge me…” Di Wen’s anguished cry echoed across Heaven and Earth before finally falling silent.

Only blood light filled the sky, along with black feathers, drifting and falling like snow.

Witnessing this scene, Chu Bai remained unmoved, his gaze still ice-cold, gripping the Sun Shooting Bow, his entire body emanating terrifying killing intent that made hearts tremble.

Simultaneously, billions of distances away in the Endless Beasts Territory.

In the depths of Rogue Abyss within the Beast Court.

Within a vast, ancient palace of deepest black, a silver-haired elderly man dressed in black robes, tall and imposing, stood with hands clasped behind his back, delivering instructions to several of his offspring.

His features commanded respect without anger, wearing a Great Sun Purple Gold Golden Crown, his expansive robes embroidered with a divine Golden Crow, with one foot trampling on a Dragon, one foot grasping a Phoenix, displaying he was unmatched.

Between the opening and closing of his dark golden eyes flowed terrifying aura that transcended even the primordial universe and the very foundations of existence, as if suppressing all of Heaven across eternity.

This person was none other than the most mysterious Beast Ancestor of the Beast Court, Di Huang.

The current Beast Court’s Beast Overlord, Di Lang, was his Eldest Son.

“Why do I suddenly feel restless, as if something amiss has occurred in some unseen realm?” Suddenly, Di Huang furrowed his brows, gazing out at the dark universe beyond the palace, his expression undergoing rapid changes.

He had been instructing his offspring, explaining how the Beast Court should maintain its position in the unclear and chaotic situation ahead.

Previously, he had been cultivating ceaselessly, comprehending the Great Dao, rarely concerning himself with the Beast Court’s or outside world’s affairs.

His unprecedented attention this time, summoning all his offspring, was because during his cultivation and comprehension of the Great Dao, he had foreseen unknown black mist spreading and covering the entire River of Destiny of the Primary Hope Civilisation.

When he attempted to deduce future visions, he found them obscure and foggy.

All signs indicated that the Primary Hope Civilisation would face great calamity in the future.

When that time came, all Forces of the Primary Hope Civilisation would find it impossible to escape and would be dragged into the turmoil.

To avoid being tainted by karma and evade disaster as much as possible, Di Huang planned to have the entire Beast Court withdraw from the world, emerging only after the calamity had passed.
