Immortal Blast Talisman stored an insane amount of power, and equally devastating.
The entire death arena was practically gone from the two’s fight.
The audience outside cried out as they witnessed such raw power covering the entire screen.
Chen Changan, however, was somewhat taken aback by its use.
“Brother Mo sure is shrewd, sticking so many on him. These things should be in the Upper Realm, but with Fa Tian being on the receiving end, it can’t be pretty.”
He squinted.
On the death arena, the Immortal Blast Talismans left behind ruins and dust, hiding the competitors from sight.
But as it settled, the two appeared.
Fa Tian was worse for wear, covered in deep wounds, even chunks of him littering the ground.
His breathing grew fainter and fainter.
Fa Tian was gushing blood stronger than a spring, dyeing the area around him in a sickly red.
Looking at Mo Wentian, Fa Tian’s face twisted, his veins pulsing.
He never saw it coming!
But what came as the biggest shock was how unscathed Mo Wentian was.
The guy was glowing in an immortal attire’s defensive light.
The black glow covered every inch of him.
He knew of the Immortal Blast Talisman’s power and came prepared to leave unharmed.
All according to plan.
And just like he schemed, Fa Tian never knew what hit him.
He-he-he…
The immortal attire was just one of Mo Wentian’s aces.
He grinned at Fa Tian’s icy glare with smugness and confidence.
“Well, did you like the Immortal Blast Talisman I prepared for you?”
The perfect example of adding insult to injury.
Crushed and dying as Fa Tian was, it offered the perfect chance to end him.
A draconic roar came from within Mo Wentian as he charged.
His hand revealed another Immortal Blast Talisman and threw it.
Boom~
He had to admit, that all those hidden Immortal Equipment pieces fit him like a glove.
He had those items to thank for surviving this far.
As the talisman popped in a glorious fashion, Fa Tian wailed from within the blowout.
Mo Wentian was shrewd and sharp, knowing he’d lose for sure by fighting head on.
So he cooked a little something.
He kept on flinging Immortal Blast Talismans at Fa Tian.
Fa Tian’s situation only got worse, his breathing fainter as wounds mounted.
He was going to die.
Mo Wentian activated his Dragon Spine, bolstering his spirit to new heights as it maximized his strength and reaction to deal with such an enemy.
Suddenly, Mo Wentian cried out and chopped with an immortal sword.
Fa Tian blocked it with his own blade but he fell on his knees.
The power behind the hack was too much for him to take.
Fa Tian roared, his hair dancing in the air.
Tyrant Demon Body flared and bolstered his wounded flesh, blazing with endless force to block Mo Wentian’s sword as he stood back up.
Mo Wentian’s one-eyed Immortal Emperor said, “Little Brother, now, kill him now!”
Mo Wentian’s eyes flashed and shot a purple glow from his mouth.
As death covered his entire body, Fa Tian winced.
He lowered his head to dodge, but the purple ray came for his forehead still.
Fa Tian had no escape.
On his forehead, a seal appeared, flashing with a golden glow.
The purple light was then added to the golden shield.
It was a purple shortsword, spinning and stabbing through the golden shield.
Fa Tian paled, struggling to fight it off as he sweated buckets.
He’d never imagined his end would come at the hands of some Lower Realm filth.
Fa Tian’s heart stung, and his eyes widened.
He glanced down, at his chest, to find Mo Wentian’s left hand clawing his chest while his attention was taken by the purple shortsword, gripping his heart.
Blood gushed out of his chest.
Looking up, at Mo Wentian, he stared back baffled.
[The bug thought of everything.]
He thought the purple glow was the killing blow, when in fact…
He couldn’t accept it.
“Fa Tian, did you like my Heart-gouging Black Tiger?”
Mo Wentian crushed his heart.
“Ahhhh!”
Fa Tian wailed in pain.
He weakened further, and the golden shield faded.
It cracked under the purple shortsword’s assault, letting it pierce his head, killing Fa Tian’s soul.
Fa Tian’s eyes lost their light, and blood trickled from his forehead and on his blank face.
Mo Wentian eased a breath.
He pulled out his bloodied hand out of Fa Tian.
The real name of the attack was Celestial Dragon Hand learned from the one-eyed Immortal Emperor.
It was a killer move.
As for the purple shortsword, it was called Soul Eater.
Another killer move.
The two of them combined left Fa Tian with no room to wiggle out of his fate.
Unlike Mo Wentian’s cautious attitude, Fa Tian had been cocky and conceited in his win against a Lower Realm bug.
Outside, the cultivators were slackjawed.
They stared at Fa Tian’s body in total disbelief.
Mo Wentian’s success was oblivious to them all.
He started off facing the abominations, where he had to flee and struggle.
But now, his strength soared to the point he closed the gap with the other Immortal Domain geniuses.
Everyone knew Mo Wentian was never going to be a match against these recultivating geniuses.
And yet, Mo Wentian did kill Fa Tian.
They felt like it was all a dream, a fantasy their minds cooked up.
How could a Lower Realm genius even come close to an Upper Realm one? It was inconceivable to their narrow minds.
As luck had it, Mo Wentian didn’t lack in aces either, contributing no small amount to his win.
All in all, the kill was his.
As reality sank, the audience turned from shock to joy.
Mo Wentian proved it.
Lower Realm geniuses weren’t any weaker!
The only real difference was in background.
What was more, Nine Province Continent now had an Immortal Land!
The day would come none of them would be weaker than the Upper Realm’s immortals!
