It has been ten years since Razequa Amamiya was founded.

It absorbed the towns and villages of the Central Continent smoothly, without resorting to military force in particular.

At the end, all that remained were the towns and villages in and around the northern city.

Before the creation of Razequa Amamiya, the Central Continent’s power map showed four towns, east, west, north, south, and west, each with a population of nearly 300,000.

However, this power structure has changed drastically over the past decade.

The town of Amamiya Tower has developed into a city with a population of over 600,000 in the past decade.

It is unquestionably the largest city in the Central Continent.

Not only that, but the cities to the west and south, which were incorporated into Razequa Amamiya early on, have also grown to over 200,000 people.

The eastern city, which was incorporated later, has also increased its population by more than 100,000.

Clearly, the incorporation of Razequa Amamiya into the state has increased the size of the city.

The main reason for this is the steady supply of food from the Amamiya Tower.

Food produced on the tower’s floor is always sent to each city without excess or shortage.

Furthermore, there is no flooding in the tower.

Of course, this does not mean that flooding itself is considered to be completely absent.

However, because adventurers, especially novice adventurers, operate only within the limited area of the tower’s floor, any increase in monster activity is immediately apparent.

Another important point is that if there is movement, such as a mass outbreak of monsters, adventurers with a certain level of strength can be mobilized immediately.

As a result, unlike other production areas on the continent, there is the advantage of stable production with little or no monster attacks.

As the town’s population grows, more adventurers will be active in the Tower of Floors.

Unlike other towns on the continent, the number of adventurers in the Central Continent was also increasing, as new adventurers can strengthen their skills by working as guards around the city.

There is even a saying among adventurers in the Central Continent that those who wish to become adventurers must first work at Crown Headquarters.

A stable supply of food is the key to sustaining the city’s population.

To maintain the population, not only food is needed, but also work, which comes from the tower.

The towers were leaking large quantities of monster materials.

It is impossible to process all of them in the tower town alone, so they are naturally sent to towns and villages for processing.

Jobs are also being created as the processing jobs are sent to the towns and villages of their choice.

In Razequa Amamiya, these cycles work well, resulting in an increase in the overall population.

On the other hand, the northern towns that were not part of Razequa Amamiya remained the same as before.

This does not mean that Razequa Amamiya has abandoned the northern cities.

Naturally, they are not sending work to towns and villages that are not in their sphere of influence to give priority to the domestic market.

If there is a desire to do so, we naturally do commercial transactions, but it is inevitable that the priority will be lowered.

For this reason, the situation remains the same as it was before Razequa Amamiya was founded.

The reason why the northern cities have not been in Razequa Amamiya’s sphere of influence until now is the existence of the northern continent.

In the northern continent, the power of the church is strong, and sometimes the church’s will is stronger than that of the state.

The northern cities and their surrounding towns and villages are also strongly influenced by that church.

People’s attitudes cannot be changed quickly.

Especially when it comes to religion, the influence is strong.

This is the reason why the northern city has not been able to change its situation in ten years, even though it is known that it can grow just as fast as the other three cities once it enters Razequa Amamiya’s sphere of influence.

However, it was the view of the Razequa Amamiya’s administrators that the influence from the northern continent has been waning over the past ten years.

Tables and chairs equipped in the luxurious room construction.

In those chairs, where they are rarely all together, each master was sitting.

The color of the chairs is dyed in the color of the church to which the master belongs.

The number of chairs was ten in all.

The number of chairs corresponded to the number of churches in the northern continent.

The masters of the chairs are called “church leaders” in their respective churches.

They lead the churches in their respective areas, but rarely do all the heads of churches meet for meetings.

Except in the case of a major event that shook the continent, such events were rare until about a decade ago.

However, this situation changed when the Amamiya Tower was conquered in the Central Continent.

After the unprecedented building of a town inside the tower, a country was established in no time at all.

They tried to create influence in the town with the power of the church as they had done in the past, but all of their attempts were rebuffed.

Moreover, the person who conquered the tower became an impossible existence called a “living god”.

The church could not allow such an existence.

If they were to admit it, the power they had built until then would be lost.

When the manifest god appeared, the heads of the ten churches thought so.

As it turned out, this was not the case, and it was hardly ever brought to the public’s attention.

However, at that time, they did not know such a thing and acted in a hostile manner in the dark.

The result was the uproar in the Kingdom of Gates.

The uproar, which even led to the descent of gods other than the deities of the world, had the effect of weakening the influence of the ten churches on the northern continent.

The strong ties between the churches and the state had become weak.

Against this background, the Ten Churches refrained from direct interference with Razequa Amamiya.

The only influence they exerted was over the northern city and the surrounding towns and villages.

But that influence, too, has been overshadowed over the past decade.

“Ridiculous. So you would abandon that city?!”

“Don’t talk nonsense, Blue. We are not abandoning it. I’m saying that it would be better for them to join Razequa Amamiya.”

“Then you are saying you are abandoning it!!!”

“Now, now, Blue, there’s no point in showing your anger here. This is a good opportunity for us to have a discussion.”

The blue chair head, who was unintentionally incensed, was admonished by the indigo chair head who was sitting next to him.

Seeing this, the blue church leader took a deep breath for once.

He reminded himself that surely yelling at him here would only tire him out and would be meaningless.

“Anyway, I will never allow you to give up the city of the north.”

“Then what are you going to do? Are you going to maintain all the aid you’ve been providing?”

“What?”

The Blue Priest frowned at this unexpected assertion.

“Why are you surprised? The aid to that city over the past decade has been enormous for us. And yet, we have not achieved much.”

The other heads of the church nodded at the Red Head’s words.

“It would have been more effective if the aid to the northern cities had been channeled within the continent. Considering that, it would not be surprising if we were to consider terminating the program now, would it?”

The purple leader also spoke in support of the red leader.

The blue head of the church panicked at that.

“If we do such a thing, our influence on the northern cities of our continent will be diminished!”

“Make no mistake. It is not our continent. It is the influence of the Blue Church.”

“For us, the aid of the last decade has been completely meaningless. We have barely managed to maintain the influence of the Blue Church.”

“Yes, but it seems to be fading.”

At the negative words of the other church leaders that came out of their mouths, the blue church leader clenched his fists in a place where he could not be seen.

Finally, here he realized that the church leaders who were expressing their negative opinions had discussed this in today’s discussion beforehand.

“Anyway, my place will not provide any further assistance.”

The red head of the church said, and several of the heads of the church nodded in agreement.

“We will not stop the other clerics from providing assistance. You may continue as you wish.”

Finally, the white head of the church concluded.

Overall, after this discussion, five of the ten churches decided to terminate the project, and the other three put it on hold.

Only one other church clearly aligned with the blue church.

The blue church leader could only silently accept this result.
