    Silavin

DDL (divinedaolibrary.com) is operated and owned by Silvain. With over 5 years of experience in the web-novel translation industry, Silavin has journeyed through various roles, from a translator to becoming a site-manager. He has demonstrated a profound commitment to quality in the novels he oversees, from 'Martial Peak' to 'Fated Villain'. Such novels would not possess the quality they currently have without his hand in them. In 2017, Silavin, just a serviceman serving the army of Singapore, was hooked on wuxia and xianxia novels. Silavin could go weeks reading and immersing himself in those worlds. There, he stumbled onto a novel, whose translation has ceased. Dedicated to continuing it, driven by a vision to one day have this novel fully translated with quality, and contribution to public, he created this humble site. Without much prior experience in this field, he dove in head-first. Learned programming, learned how to translate, learned how to work in the online space of anonymous people.   Now, after more than 5 years, he, and the community that supports him, has brought DDL to its current heights.   'I would like to thank all of you who have supported us throughout this journey. DDL and I would not have ever been able to finish what we have started without all your support. Thank you. I would truly like to thank you.'

    • Chapter 216, That Sword (2)

Chapter 216, That Sword (2) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Hedge Editor: Lizzz   The early bird catches the worm, or so they say.   But Rmain woke up early and simply did a lot of work. Doing a lot of work did not particularly fill his stomach, nor did it greatly help extend his own lifeline.   In any case, he was now at least going to Camilia Palace to sleep and then returning to Arpia Palace, though that did not mean he was doing any less work. The work remained plentiful.   Rmain briefly looked up at…

Chapter 218, That Sword (4) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Hedge Editor: Lizzz   It had dulled.   To say something has dulled means that what was once sharp has worn down and lost its edge. In other words, there was a time in the past when it was sharper than it is now.     That was why Plants had been curious at one point.   Rather than simple curiosity, it was more a feeling of absurdity that raised the question. If he had to express it in other words, it would be the same degree of absurdity…

Chapter 220, I’ve Been Patient Enough (2) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Hedge Editor: Lizzz       With a heart that couldn't laugh or get angry, Kalian looked at Plants and said.   'It's okay.'   Kalian  couldn't get angry at Chase's words, asking him to let it go in that voice that once asked him if he truly couldn't yield on becoming a Knight, despite having already resigned himself to it. It was that same voice on that small beach which still remained in his memory, same as the scent he longed…

Chapter 215, That Sword (1) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Hedge Editor: Lizzz Naturally, no one would believe it.   That the waist of Gray, a Sword Master, had been shattered by the hands of the Third Prince, who was smiling beautifully with a face as brightly bloomed as had been rarely seen in recent times.   As commonly known, embarking on the path of the sword was by no means an easy task. Although Gray came from a Knight Family and thus had an advantageous position in sword training compared to others, he too had…

Chapter 221, I’ve Been Very Patient (3) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Hedge Editor: Lizzz   The fortunate thing was that he hadn't died.   The unfortunate thing was that he hadn't even managed to faint.   Perhaps both circumstances were unfortunate for Plants, but Arsene was neither dead nor unconscious, still buried under work as usual.   "Does Your Highness Deputy Commander happen to know that the number of Valkan Mages will increase again within two weeks?"   "I know."   "Has Your Highness…

Chapter 217, That Sword (3) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Hedge Editor: Lizzz   Allan had once said this,   "I once told Your Majesty that no matter how excessive Debeullan's methods were, he at least showed interest in his children, making him better than you."   No matter how snake-like Debeullan was, Allan had thought the man at least knew his children were precious. That was why he had said such a thing.   Living with a heart worn thin and torn apart from Rmain's thorough indifference, the Princes…

Chapter 223, You Won’t Be Able to Handle It (1) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Hedge Editor: Lizzz   He liked anything sweet.   The reason he drank his coffee bitter was perhaps to better taste the sweetness of whatever he ate alongside it, that was how much he loved sweet things.   So the fact that this purple sweet potato and carrot cake, which was not particularly sweet by nature, tasted so sugary could only mean that the cook of Queen Etienne of Liberen had considered only Allan's preferences when making it.   "It's…

Chapter 224, You Won’t Be Able to Handle It (2) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Hedge Editor: Lizzz   He had not asked Kyrie, nor had he asked Plants.   Standing face to face with an opponent, exchanging greetings, drawing swords, checking if they were ready, pointing swords at each other, and giving the weaker side a few moves first so they could show what they had prepared.   Kalian had never done such things.   "A fight, sparring, or training. Which do you prefer?"   But he had addressed…

Chapter 225, You Won’t Be Able to Handle It (3) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Hedge Editor: Lizzz   Her prediction was wrong.   She had misread the direction Kalian intended to go. If it had been anyone else, they would have been momentarily dazed and lost their grip on the situation.   Of course, Dmirea's response was different.   She quickly turned her head toward the sword flying in from the opposite direction. As if any mistake could easily be reversed, Dmirea, who had sent her sword to the right, twisted her body. She…

Chapter 213, None or Once (5) Cover
by Silavin Translator: Lizzz Editor: Hedge   That day, just before night arrived.   Around the time when Raven, who was certainly smarter than Marquis Evan Beurisen, was eating carrots grown just for him, and Luci, who had gone to find Hina, managed to obtain well-trimmed dried chicken, and Kyrie, who had been with Hina, tried to pet Luci only to get struck by his long tail.   At the moment when Arianneu, who had said she would try mint tea, frowned and angrily questioned why…
