Chapter 6063, Heavenly Demon Queen?

In the next two days, Yang Kai quickly rushed all over not only High Heaven Star City, but the whole of Star Boundary.
This was a task he had to do personally. If he asked someone else to help him buy the goods, and his Wives found out about it, he did not know how much it would backfire. Instead of risking his hide, he might as well just do it all himself.
Even if High Heaven Star City was the most prosperous area in Star Boundary, due to it having connections to the 36 Cave Heavens and 72 Paradises, there might still be other treasures not found here. So, Yang Kai tried his luck at multiple locations, regardless if he had to travel from the Northern Territory to the Southern Territory–distance did not matter.
Since he was a Great Emperor of Star Boundary, he could instantly teleport to wherever he willed himself to be in, so long as it was still within Star Boundary.
Even amidst the worry that he still has not collected enough ‘gifts’, he knew he needed to return by now. After all, counting the time he separated from Su Yan and the Twins, it had already been four days, two of which were fully dedicated to purchasing these ‘gifts’.

Within a room, decorated with drawing, Artifacts and Pills, were three children, peacefully asleep.
Yang Ji had woken up with a familiar sensation. Unbeknownst to him, while he was asleep, Yang Xu had taken one of his arms as her own pillow. However, this time, even the other arm felt like it had been locked in a vice grip…

It was a voice he had never heard before. This voice was feminine and seemed to be more mature. If any man had heard it, their hearts would most likely start racing. However, Yang Ji was not a man yet so it just sounded like any Auntie to him.
“Oh? You’re finally awake. Did not think that someone of your calibre would need sleep. Though, I guess playing with your Siblings is quite exhausting, and adding everything you’ve experienced in the Source World. To think you would use Space and Time Principles to play hide and seek…”
“Huh?” Yang Ji exclaimed, confused where this voice came from.
“Emm?” His sudden jump had caused Yang Xu to also slowly mummer in her sleep, seemingly about to wake up.
“Oh? You still haven’t figured out who I am? I’m in your Dantian.” The voice, seemingly amused, chuckled.
“Little worm?” Yang Ji immediately focused on his Dantain.
Seemingly having been insulted, the voice shot back, “How rude of you to call me a worm! I might have tolerated it before but you are going to call me by my title, Heavenly Demon Queen from now on, you got that?”
Yang Ji felt like he was being unjustly accused. After all, what was wrong with calling a worm, a worm? Though he already knew beforehand that she was not a worm, her appearance was similar to one. Furthermore, his Sister was the one who placed that label on her. He merely called her that since it was easier for everyone. However, because this complaint sounded like his own Mothers’, he just accepted it without saying more, “Okay, okay.”
From his own experience, when women start to nag, it was best to just keep quiet and quickly move on from the topic–a life lesson he learnt from Uncle Yang Xiao!
As expected, since Yang Ji was being so ‘amicable’, the Heavenly Demon Queen was forgiving enough to let the matter go. In fact, she even expressed justification on Yang Ji’s part, as though she was the defendant, prosecutor and judge. “Well, I will be magnanimous and forgive you for this transgression, I can understand since I am in this unsightly form temporarily. I can also empathise with your Sister, and forgive her too.”
At this point, Yang Ji thought that the conversation was over. However, the Heavenly Demon Queen pouted and complained yet again, “Why aren’t you showing your gratitude? I have forgiven you, the least you could do is respond with gratitude.”
Yang Ji felt like he was going to have a headache. What gratitude? He did not feel like he was in the wrong in the first place.
Thankfully, before he needed to speak, Yang Xu had already started rubbing her eyes as she woke up and groggily looked at her Brother, “Morning. What time is it now?”
“Not sure, I also just woke up and haven’t moved from the bed because of you two…”
“Two?” Yang Xu questioned and got up a little and exclaimed, “Oh? Yang Ling,” before lying back on Yang Ji’s arm.
“You’re awake already, can’t you get off me?” Yang Ji, seemingly completely forgetting about the Heavenly Demon Queen, just focused all his attention on Yang Xu.
“Since she is not up yet, then I’ll just stay here.” Yang Xu giggled and rubbed her head on his arm.
Yang Ji just sighed. Then, as he willed it, he freely manipulated Space Principles. Under his fine control, Yang Ji had left the bed and was now on his feet. Meanwhile, the arm that Yang Ling had been hugging was replaced with one of Yang Xu’s arms.
In short, he had teleported Yang Xu to his position while he himself had got up.
This was immaculate control over Space Principles. It was absurd that such power was being used to move children around. Yet, here it was being done freely, without worry where one mistake could have casted Yang Ji or Yang Xu into the Void.
However, it had to be said that if Yang Xu had resisted it, Yang Ji would not have been able to teleport her to replace him so smoothly.
Still, Yang Xu just pouted and whined, “We hardly sleep anymore. Couldn’t we have just remained in bed for longer?”
“If you want to stay in bed, then just stay there. I want to go out to see what’s going on outside. I can sense our Mothers are moving about. I wonder what is going on outside.” Yang Ji said while already moving towards the exit.
“Wait…” Yang Xu naturally wanted to go with him. She too had felt that there was far more commotion amongst the adults than usual. She had her own guesses as to why. However, when she turned to look at how peacefully asleep Yang Ling was, she just sighed and relented. She could not bear to wake her up.
After all, what was also the reason why Yang Ji had moved her to replace him in the first place.
Yang Ji, upon hearing that sigh, just waved his hand and disappeared from sight by tearing through the Void.
The next moment, he was already above the Starry Sky Palace, looking down on everything from above.
Below, he could see some of his Siblings running about, playing like usual. However, a few of them were missing. Not accounting for those that were still asleep or could not walk, two were not in Starry Sky Palace. As for the adults, he could see a few of his Mothers moving about the palace grounds, gathered together. However, two adults seemed to be missing, who were always here–Yang Xiao and Yang Xue.
[Oh? Where did they go?] Yang Ji wondered and expanded his Divine Sense to cover an even wider area. He expanded his search to the whole of High Heaven Palace.
[Ah. Yang Ai and Yang Mei are with Mother Ru Meng and Mother Qing Luo. They seem to be enjoying themselves. Though, Mother Qing Luo seems to be pouting and complaining. But, I still can’t find Aunt Yang Xue and Uncle Yang Xiao… maybe they’ve left High Heaven Palace?] Yang Ji was starting to get the itch to leave and look for them. After all, it was a little boring staying in the palace.
However, before he had any other thoughts, a voice spoke to his mind once again. “I’ll be magnanimous and forgive you for ignoring me if you grace me with subsistence appropriate for my status.”
