They are not sneaking anywhere, they don’t even know they are here, and they have no intentions of leaving the valley cause they are afraid of star emperor sect. Besides they have access to the underworld pond now, so they don’t even want the sun’s true essence anymore.
You could say that he would have no way of k owing that, but from the fact that no one knows there are corpse soldiers here they are clearly hiding themselves, so they can infer that they should be safe as long as they leave the valley.

Why does someone need a guarantor to use a space array? Everyone pays up front. What do they think someone is going to do? Scrawl graffiti in the void between cities?
Think about it from the perspective of the city that you want to teleport to. You have an array that people could teleport to at any point without warning, if they have any bad intentions it could be awful for your city. The reason why people need guarantors for using spirit arrays is so they can make sure they won’t cause trouble in the city they go to. Cause if they do, that city will find out which city they teleported from, and might assume that the sect that is managing that array is going to war with them, even if things don’t tescalate that far, they would definitely demand compensation for not managing the array properly.
These arrays are convenient, but they are also liabilities, they have to be managed properly, which is why every array has a few origin realm experts and dozens of Saint Kings protecting it, not just from the outside, but from whoever is using it to come in.
