Amidst the silence, as Yu Zi Yu’s words faded into the void, the eyes of every Void Emperor present gleamed with anticipation.

They were not the ones to shy away from a war, especially not now, when the Myriad Races of the starry skies had yet to raise their true guard.

So, they planned to strike first and strike hard, taking advantage of the fact that these races were unprepared.

And by the time the Myriad Races of the stars received the news, the Dwarves would already lie in ruin.

However, this wasn’t just a matter of tactics.

The true reason lay deeper because the Dwarves, too, had once stepped into the Void Space.

And the code of the Original Sins was simple: Blood for blood. Tooth for tooth.

Vengeance was not a choice. It was doctrine.

“Go.” At Yu Zi Yu’s command, streaks of light raced across the starry sky, six in total. Each one broke through the planetary barrier, cutting through the atmosphere like divine javelins, all aimed straight at the Dwarven stronghold.

    *Boooom, boooom, boooom…*

The sky quaked, as streaks of violet energy roared across the firmament, casting a violet hue across half the sky. At the same time, dark clouds roiled in, blanketing the world in a veil of darkness.

It was quite a terrifying and appalling sight.

So much so that, even the Dwarves, as battle-hardened and resolute as they were, stood frozen in horror, because the aura surging overhead did not belong to the starry skies.

“What… is that…?” A Dwarf Warrior cried out in alarm, lifting his mighty warhammer.

“The Void Clan,” came a whisper.

The speaker was Rayleigh, the Patriarch of this Dwarven Colony. His expression was grim, and his knuckled white around the handle of his weapon.

He had received the news that the Void Clan was preparing for war, but he had scoffed at the rumors.

And now, he watched those nightmarish rumors descend upon his very world with storm-like fury.

“Do they truly believe we are like those useless Trolls…?” With a bellow, lightning exploded around him. Countless bolts of lightning surged and gathered around the battleaxe in his grip, Stormfang, a genuine Tier-7 High-Grade Divine Artifact, with fearsome might, enough to split apart continents.

It was a weapon of pure destruction.

And now, raising the Stormfang high in the air, Rayleigh took a step.

*Booooom…* With a booming roar, he was already in the air. Lightning converged in the sky, taking the shape of a furious Dragon, stretching thousands of meters across the sky, diving straight toward the violet lights above.

*Rooooooar…* Accompanied by the majestic and oppressive roar, the Lightning Dragon appeared even more terrifying.

In the blink of an eye, a sea of lightning was raging above the clouds.

Just a single strike, but it was terrifying beyond measure.

Such was the might of a Tier-7 Artifact wielded by an Overlord.

Be that as it may, the oncoming violet streak didn’t retreat. Instead, it surged forward, faster, wilder, and brighter.

“Oh my, what a rare powerhouse you are…” A voice, as melodious as the chimes of silver bells, echoed through the skies.

Then, from the violet blaze, a whip, like a slender snake, burst out.

*Snap…* A crisp and resonant snap, as if the very Heavens had shattered like a broken glass, echoed across the skies.

The whip, like a violet snake, danced with blinding speed and struck the Lightning Dragon Head-on.

*Hissss…* Vaguely, a snake-like hiss echoed across the skies as the two beasts, the Spirit Snake and Lightning Dragon, twisted around one another in a deathly waltz.

*Booooom…* For a moment, all fell silent.

All eyes turned upward, and there, high in the sky, they beheld the clash.

On one side, a squat, muscular old Dwarf, bare-chested, held his lightning axe aloft, cutting ruthlessly toward his opponent.

And on the other side, his opponent, was a girl, a girl with four wings on her back and a cold and perfect visage, resembling an Angel’s. She held in her hand a single violet whip, blacking the lightning axe bearing down on her.

She was none other than Avril, the Fallen Angel, the Original Sins bearing the codename ‘Fallen.’

And the violet whip in her hand was impressively the Void Artifact unique to her, the Violet Shadow.

“So… you’re the ones they call the Original Sins of the Void, are you?” The Old Dwarf narrowed his gaze and asked in a cold voice.

“Oh my, seems like your sources are pretty sharp…” Avril chuckled, seemingly amused and unfazed.

However, if one looked closely, a faint flicker passed through her violet pupils, one of surprise.

Clearly, she had underestimated the speed at which news spread among the Myriad Races.

[Well, it doesn’t matter! From the moment we cast our gaze upon this world, its fate was sealed.] A smirk played on her lips, and the next instant, the purple whip in her hand flashed.

*Swish, swish…* A blur of violet afterimages surged from her long whip, as countless phantom snakes ached through the sky, slithering toward the Dwarf Patriarch.

On the other side, staring at the incoming tide of serpents, Rayleigh dared not underestimate the threat.

Tightening his grip on the war axe, he let loose his Spiritual Energy. Lightning thundered around his axe, as he chopped it down toward Avril.

*Boooom, boooom, boooom…* Boom after boom echoed across the sky. Lightning-blue and void-violet collided violently, swallowing Heaven in a cascade of colors.

And that was the confrontation between two Tier-6 Overlords.

    It was extremely terrifying.

Fortunately, this was the bastion of a Dwarf Clan branch. Had it been an ordinary planet, lacking the nourishment of powerhouses, it would’ve already shattered under the weight of their shockwaves alone.

As Tier-4 was like a walking Natural Disaster. Wherever they passed, they left nothing but death and destruction.

Whereas a Tier-5 saw continents as no more than fragile plates, which they could shake with a stamp of their foot. Furthermore, they could traverse outer space with their flesh alone.

And a Tier-6, they could be described with two worlds along, Planet Busters.

Even an ordinary Tier-6 could shatter a planet.

However, not every world was equal.

Planets like Lumina Sanctis, the home of the Angels, or this fire-scorched home of the Dwarves, they were anything but ordinary.

These worlds were fortified. They had given birth to powerhouses, and in turn, these powerhouses had nourished it.

Thus, planets like these were far stronger and resilient than other planets.

Though not indestructible, such worlds could not be so easily shaken, not even by Tier-6 Overlords.

And so, despite the battle raging across the skies, as clashes between Tier-6s erupted one after another, it only affected the celestial phenomena of the entire planet.

Thickening dark clouds blanketed the skies, plunging the entire world in the world of darkness, as if the world was about to end.

The very atmosphere howled as the battle raged on. Storms swept across the surface in massive gales, tearing through plains and forests.

Thunder roared so loudly that countless Dwarves went deaf on the spot. Their eardrums burst from the sheer sonic pressure.

Blinding arcs of divine energy clashed above, radiant like twin suns locked in combat, forcing many to bleed from their eyes at a mere glimpse.

And yet… This was only the beginning.
