Over these years, Huang had led the Enforcement Legion in numerous military expeditions, earning countless achievements. Naturally, his reputation had risen till those Foreign Races coveting the Human Race had to be extremely wary of him. One by one, these Foreign Race experts viewed him as a thorn in their side, wishing nothing more than to swiftly eliminate him.

At such a young age, to possess a seat at humanity’s most elite roundtable. This just proved how capable Huang was.

With Huang’s affirmation, the mighty figures at the roundtable all nodded subtly in approval.

The matter of the True Dragon Martial Soul absolutely could not be leaked out. Otherwise, it would bring catastrophic disaster upon the Human Race. The Foreign Races would never tolerate humanity producing another supreme expert!

At this moment, Qin Yichen followed the Manor Master to stand before a stone mountain.

Before them stood a doorway filled with ancient aura. This stone door had not been opened for unknown ages, were it not for its magnificent scale, one would struggle to even identify it as a door.

“Enter. What lies within should be very beneficial to you.”

The elderly man spoke to Qin Yichen.

“En.” Qin Yichen bowed slightly to him, his gaze shifting toward the stone mountain ahead.

Not a single blade of grass or fragment of stone existed on this stone mountain. It appeared as though it were simply one massive, ordinary boulder standing bare in this location.

However, Qin Yichen understood that since the Saints Heavenly Manor Master had brought him here, what was inside absolutely had to be something extremely beneficial to him.

Subsequently, Qin Yichen walked before the stone door, placing his palm gently upon the weathered surface marked by the traces of countless years.

*Creak…* The heavy stone door, accompanied by the grating sound of stone grinding against stone, slowly pushed open.

As the stone door opened, a breath of air seemingly sealed for ten thousand ancient epochs rushed forth. In that instant, it was as though one had returned to the Primordial Era.

Within the stone door lay complete darkness, as if even the light from outside could not penetrate. This was the kind of darkness that inspired instinctive dread in one’s heart.

*Whoosh…* Qin Yichen drew a deep breath. His foot moved, stepping into that darkness which seemed to isolate itself from the world.

Upon entering, Qin Yichen felt boundless darkness surge toward him. Even his vision and divine consciousness could not detect anything. It was as if this were a realm of complete emptiness.

Within this darkness, Qin Yichen showed no hesitation, treading forward with steady, determined steps.

Though he knew not what lay inside and could not even sense anything, including danger, he knew the Manor Master outside the door would absolutely never harm him!

Within the darkness, he walked for an unknown duration, maintaining a heart as still as water, his expression solemn as he proceeded.

Finally, within the deepest darkness, light appeared. There seemed to be a silhouette seated in meditation.

Around this figure, divine radiance formed a protective halo, like a deity driving back the endless darkness surrounding it.

As this light appeared, the boundless darkness gradually receded. Within the radiance, that deity-like figure remained quietly seated in meditation, solid as stone, eternal and unchanging.

Drawing closer, Qin Yichen gazed with some astonishment at the figure emerging from the darkness, uncertainty flickering across his features.

“Could that be… Ancestor Hongjun?!” Qin Yichen swallowed hard, murmuring in disbelief.

The figure enveloped in radiance remained unclear, features obscured. As Qin Yichen whispered, that figure suddenly stood. In an instant, the light intensified, enveloping Qin Yichen within it.

Subsequently, Qin Yichen felt his vision blur. He was no longer in that dark realm, but had instead appeared upon a desolate continent.

A cold wind blew past, seemingly carrying whispered voices within, narrating a history buried deep within the continent. Faintly, the pungent scent of blood lingered in the air.

The cold wind immediately grew more fierce. Within several breaths, boundless clamorous sounds entered Qin Yichen’s ears. It was as if countless people were engaged in slaughter and roaring.

The cold wind gradually transformed into a violent gale. Qin Yichen struggled desperately to steady himself within the wind. The infinite battle cries at his ears nearly caused his eardrums to burst.

Suddenly, the violent wind ceased, yet the sounds of slaughter and shouting didn’t stop. When Qin Yichen opened his eyes, the scene before him caused him to freeze in shock.

At this moment, he had appeared within a vast battlefield!

Within the battlefield, there were roughly two categories: one group was the Human Race, the other consisted of countless Foreign Races!

He witnessed countless Humans fleeing desperately under the protection of their strongest, while Human experts continuously fell, their blood spilling across the sky.

Even more, quite a few Foreign Races broke through the defensive lines, rushing into the ordinary Human populations. Transforming to reveal their true forms, they opened enormous mouths, swallowing hundreds or thousands of Humans into their bellies, feasting greedily.

“Stop!” Witnessing this scene, Qin Yichen roared furiously. His form moved, flashing upward to provide assistance.

    *Whoosh!*

However, upon contact, Qin Yichen discovered with shock that he had passed straight through the enemy’s body, unable to obstruct it even slightly.

    “Save us!”

“Ah! Release my Wife and child, you beast! I’ll fight you to the death!”

    “Father, save me!”

Countless screams continuously entered Qin Yichen’s ears. He repeatedly struck at members of the Foreign Race, one after another, yet each time the result was the same. Anything he did amounted to nothing.

It was as if he were merely an observer, completely unable to intervene.

As humanity’s defensive line gradually collapsed, this group of several hundred thousand Human lives, in the span of merely a quarter-hour, suffered over half casualties. Corpses littering the ground!

Regarding the scene unfolding before him, Qin Yichen finally grew weary of striking, unable even to muster the strength to throw another punch. Utterly powerless, he watched as fellow Humans were consumed as provisions by Foreign Races, slaughtered wholesale. Two streams of tears involuntarily flowed from his eyes.

“Those who surrender may be spared death!” Finally, as if some Foreign Races had eaten their fill, they began proclaiming loudly.

“Surrender? Surrender means merely becoming food for you. The only difference is between dying now or dying later!”

“As long as I have breath remaining, I will never bow my head to you beasts in this lifetime!”

“Lord Hongjun will come save us. Foreign Races, you cannot obstruct our Human Race!”

Faced with the Foreign Races’ demands for surrender, countless Humans roared furiously in response. They all called out a single name… Hongjun!

    “Insolence!”

    “Seeking death!”

The countless Foreign Races seemed extremely sensitive to this name, even somewhat fearful. One by one, their expressions turned savage as they prepared to begin another massacre.
