*Weng weng…* The space abruptly darkened. The energy permeating Heaven and Earth also grew chaotic. Faint mist spread outwards, and a bone-chilling sensation arose.

This sudden change caused Qin Yichen’s expression to shift. He gazed somewhat grimly at this scene, his heart immediately growing vigilant.

His modest strength might be considered decent outside, but facing Saints or higher existences, he was probably inferior to even an ant.

Though he did not know whether Saints truly existed here, the entity that had left behind the Ten Thousand Coffin Array, any remnants it casually left behind were sufficient to pose a fatal threat to him.

Under these disturbances, the fearless small beast had somehow burrowed from Qin Yichen’s shoulder into his embrace.

The coffin before Qin Yichen, perhaps because its Soul Strength had been absorbed by these two foreign creatures, had grown somewhat dim. The divine radiance patterns upon it had also lost some lustre.

Accompanying this anomaly, this coffin suddenly trembled violently. Then, beams of light shot forth from the patterns on the coffin’s surface.

Those beams interwove and sketched through this massive space, their radiance dispersing all the darkness.

“This is bad…” Seeing the Array Core coffin of this Ten Thousand Coffin Array manifesting anomalies, Qin Yichen’s heart could not help but lurch.

Immediately afterwards, he discovered with shock that as those beams interwove, they seemed to be constructing the outline of a massive eye.

“We need to flee!” Seeing this massive eye about to complete its formation, Qin Yichen didn’t even think. He just turned tail and ran.

*Boom!* By the time Qin Yichen had fled merely a few hundred metres, above in the sky, where countless beams converged, a giant eye had already been constructed.

The instant it formed, the surrounding World Energy went berserk. Endless Yin Energy surged wildly. A pressure that made Heaven and Earth itself tremble spread outwards.

Under this pressure, Qin Yichen immediately found movement difficult. If not for the small beast’s body still radiating a faint light that enveloped him, he probably would not be able to move.

It was as if Heaven and Earth were entirely controlled by that single giant eye.

[What kind of existence could do this!] Sensing this pressure, Qin Yichen felt genuine fear in his heart. If that giant eye targeted him, he probably couldn’t even dodge!

*Yiya!* Just as Qin Yichen found himself at a loss, the small beast in his embrace suddenly extended a claw, pointing towards the central coffin of the Ten Thousand Coffin Array.

“There?” Qin Yichen’s gaze rigidly looked over, his pupils abruptly contracting.

Only now did he discover that beneath this coffin, space was distorted somewhat like a Transport Array.

“Fine. All or nothing!” At this moment, Qin Yichen had no time to consider why Transport Array fluctuations would exist here, much less time to ponder whether it truly was a Transport Array.

Gritting his teeth and gathering his spirit, his feet forcefully stamped several times as he ran towards that coffin.

The giant eye in the sky suddenly opened wide, its gaze looking towards Qin Yichen. Within those eyes, beyond indifference, there was no other emotion.

*Whoosh!* Suddenly, accompanied by a piercing sound, a metre radius silver beam suddenly shot forth, flying towards Qin Yichen’s back.

[Almost there, just one hundred metres left!] Qin Yichen fled frantically. Abruptly, his scalp tingled with dread. From behind, he sensed the flavour of death. Immediately, without the slightest hesitation, with a thought, light flickered upon the Myriad Dao Divine Armour’s leg guards. He had already appeared beneath the coffin.

Ahead, the light rippled like water patterns. Qin Yichen plunged headlong into it. Suddenly, his vision blurred, and the surrounding scenery abruptly changed.

“Where is this?” Qin Yichen looked up to see azure waves rippling before him. He was actually at the bottom of a deep lake. Through the clear lake water, he could vaguely discern blue sky and white clouds.

This was a lake. But bizarrely, his current position had lake water floating above, prevented from falling by intricate patterns.

“These patterns seem somewhat similar to the seal left in that place.” Gazing at the flowing divine runes before him, Qin Yichen suddenly recalled the seal left by Ancestor Hongjun in that supremely evil land. Though different, vague similarities could be discerned between them.

Qin Yichen looked back with lingering fear, only to discover with astonishment that where he had emerged, the space where Transport Array light had previously flowed, had now returned to normal!

“Could that eye have destroyed the Transport Array?” Qin Yichen’s mouth twitched. Fear flooded his heart. If he had not escaped in time, if that eye’s attack had struck him, he would absolutely have faced certain death!

After confirming the giant eye would not pursue him, a series of questions flooded Qin Yichen’s mind.

[Who exactly left behind that Ten Thousand Coffin Array? What was the purpose of absorbing spectres? Was there truly a living being within that giant coffin? Was this Transport Array left by Ancestor Hongjun? Did Ancestor Hongjun know about what lay beneath?]

Qin Yichen frowned in contemplation. The more he pondered, the more he felt these mysteries were far beyond what his current self could fathom.

*Ao hou!* As if sensing that terrifying aura’s dissipation, the small beast in his embrace also crawled out, standing on Qin Yichen’s shoulder. Like issuing a challenge, it roared several times towards the now-normal space behind them, as if showing off.

After a long while, the small beast finally turned around, looking at Qin Yichen with a human-like expression, seemingly claiming ‘how wise and mighty I am to have led this weak fellow out.’

In response, Qin Yichen simply grabbed it and stuffed it back into his embrace. Right now, he did not even know who wanted him dead. He had no mood to indulge this little one.

“The immediate priority is leaving here to avoid further complications.” After pondering extensively without result, Qin Yichen’s gaze turned towards the intricate patterns ahead.

Those patterns continuously flowed without fixed form. The endless lake water above was blocked outside by these seemingly insignificant patterns.

“These patterns have also loosened considerably. After several tens of thousands more years, they’ll probably completely dissipate.”

Qin Yichen murmured silently. His form moved, flashing forth and plunging headlong into the lake water.

Upon emerging, he would certainly be discovered by whoever had plotted against him. Since they dared scheme against him once, they would not let matters rest. Undoubtedly, numerous conspiracies awaited him.

“Whoever you are, if you wish to harm me, I’ll make you pay a heavy price!” Qin Yichen swam forcefully upwards. His eyes gradually filled with determination.
