Qin Yichen knew that the commotion he had caused was no small matter, and to avoid unnecessary trouble, he did not linger after leaving Vibrant Vermilion Peak. Instead, he flew off to a distance of nearly a thousand kilometres.

Before him now lay range upon range of mountain peaks, shrouded in cloud and mist, jagged and treacherous, with countless savage, low rumbles rolling out from within at irregular intervals.

Places like this were gathering grounds for Demonic Beasts, and as a general rule, very few powerful cultivators would willingly venture here.

After all, the Demonic Beasts within the Myriad Beasts War Domain were nothing like those found outside. The creatures here were not merely ferocious, their strength was considerably more fearsome as well.

Of course, unless something like Vibrant Vermilion Peak occurred, where word of a rare treasure had spread, and in the face of such a prize, no matter how great the danger, powerful cultivators would come surging in one after another, undeterred.

But in Qin Yichen’s eyes, such a place was a rare cultivation ground. He had no desire to expose his identity too early. The Myriad Dao Divine Armour was unassuming enough, yet its ability to nearly ignore the attacks of Saints was something that, aside from him, no second person in existence could possess.

While Demonic Beasts were numerous within these mountains, with his formidable Spiritual Energy, avoiding them deliberately was hardly a problem.

    “This place will do.”

Qin Yichen was quite satisfied with the terrain here. Then, with a single shift of his frame, he descended upon the peak of a mountain.

Having just broken through to the Peak Stage Martial Ancestor Realm, and having immediately fought through quite a considerable battle, the most pressing matter for Qin Yichen right now was to stabilise his cultivation realm.

He then searched along the mountain wall and found a concealed cave. After confirming there were no Demonic Beasts in the vicinity, he sat down cross-legged.

He did not, however, rush straight into cultivation. Instead, he half-closed his eyes and activated the Supreme Tyrant Body, methodically clearing away the injuries sustained in the earlier great battle, one by one.

While consuming Pills would produce quicker results, there was a risk of leaving behind hidden ailments. The Supreme Tyrant Body’s self-healing, by contrast, meant he had no need to worry about such complications whatsoever, and moreover, this was itself an opportunity to cultivate the Supreme Tyrant Body.

This state persisted for roughly half a day, until a mouthful of dark reddish-black impurity-blood finally sprayed from Qin Yichen’s mouth.

“Without drawing on the Myriad Dao Divine Armour, stacking till nine-fold is still far too demanding.”

Qin Yichen rolled his arm around. The tearing pain from before had vanished entirely, replaced now by only a faint, tingling numbness.

The Supreme Tyrant Body, which he had already cultivated to Partially Accomplished, meant that in terms of raw physical toughness alone, even an expert at the Early Stage Saint Realm would fall somewhat short of him.

Yet even so, the Demon Execution Palm Technique this time already pushed his body to its very limit.

If he wished to stack to the ten-fold without external aid, the only path forward was to cultivate the Supreme Tyrant Body to the Fully Accomplished Realm before even attempting it. Otherwise, before the force had even fully condensed, his arm would almost certainly detonate into a fine mist of blood.

“It is time to stabilise my realm.”

Qin Yichen drew a deep breath. His mind and spirit slowly sank inward, and his Cultivation Technique began revolving on its own.

As his eyes closed once more, the Yuan Energy within the cave showed faint signs of coming to a boil, and at the same moment, a terrifying devouring force erupted explosively from within his body.

    *Hmmm…*

As this terrifying devouring force spread outward, the Yuan Energy of Heaven and Earth began converging at a frightening speed, condensing into something nearly solid, a pillar of Yuan Energy light, pouring ceaselessly toward Qin Yichen in a surging torrent.

Sensing this vast Yuan Energy, Qin Yichen was mildly startled. No wonder so many Races sent their younger generation here. Within the Myriad Beasts War Domain, there was not only the life-or-death tempering of battle, but this dense, concentrated World Energy that could allow cultivators to achieve twice the results with half the effort.

Qin Yichen drew a slight breath, driving the Supreme Tyrant Body with full force, refining the surging Yuan Energy that poured in without pause, then letting it seep into every inch of his flesh.

With this vast infusion of Yuan Energy, an intensely aching, swollen sensation instantly spread across his entire body.

The more concentrated the Yuan Energy, the more naturally suited it was for cultivation. However, if one could not withstand such ferocious Yuan Energy, it was entirely possible for the wild force to shatter the body from within.

Under this gnawing ache and pressure, Qin Yichen clenched his jaw, every muscle across his body drawn taut.

After the battle with Zhao Xueqi, Qin Yichen understood plainly: without drawing on the Myriad Dao Divine Armour, he simply did not possess the means to protect himself here.

If his opponent were merely a Martial Ancestor, that would be manageable enough. Even if he could not win, he could still withdraw with composure.

But when he had heard Zhang Heng speak the name Zhao Xuetu, he knew that what lay ahead of him would not be limited to Martial Ancestor Realm experts. It was entirely possible he would have to face genuine Saints who had truly broken through.

Under these circumstances, Qin Yichen understood that a great battle was all but unavoidable. For now, the most urgent thing was to rapidly consolidate his Peak Stage Martial Ancestor Realm.

As the Supreme Tyrant Body continued to revolve, that Yuan Energy tempered every muscle and bone in his body. The suffering was no small thing, yet the results left Qin Yichen thoroughly satisfied.

This tempering lasted a full three days. Around the cave where Qin Yichen resided, quite a number of Demonic Beasts had already sensed the disturbance and were attempting to investigate.

However, none among these Demonic Beasts were particularly formidable existences, and Qin Yichen’s aura alone was enough to intimidate them into not daring to enter lightly.

Over the course of these three days, beneath the relentless pain, Qin Yichen clearly perceived that his muscles and bones were becoming ever more resilient. A vigorous, surging energy filled his musculature, as though it could erupt into terrifying force at any given moment.

The vigorous Yuan Energy within Qin Yichen’s meridians was also gradually stabilising. Had this been done on the continent of the Myriad Races, reaching this point would have required at least half a month.

    “Just one step remaining!”

At once, Qin Yichen’s mind stirred, and the five remaining Beast Cores he still had floated out. As the devouring force within his body reached out, they were instantly dissolved into pure energy that came shrieking forth, like rivers of Yuan Energy, surging into his body.

    *Boom!*

As this colossal surge of Yuan Energy appeared, the very cave where Qin Yichen sat seemed to tremble. His face contorted in an instant, his entire body shaking continuously.

Such frightening commotion persisted for a full quarter of an hour. At last, as those five Beast Cores crumbled to dust, the fluctuations finally ceased.

A silently seated figure came to stillness within the cave.

At this moment, there was nothing outwardly unusual about Qin Yichen. Even the robes he had changed into were completely undamaged. Yet if one looked closely, one would find that beneath every inch of his skin, his muscles were saturated with a terrifying, explosive force.
