A massive hand that carried a rain of lights emerged. It traversed across countless universes and territories before landing on the Imperial Celestial Palace.

 

Wherever it went, dark Star Territories were illuminated and dim stars brightened. The entire Boundless Expanse seemed to be covered in a sacred light.
