It seemed that Ji Ji was simply like a tumour. If they did not attack her, she would continuously spread poison, causing their Attributes to plummet, while also making them suffer from her Debuff Effects like Corrosion and Burn.

If they attacked her, they would not be able to kill her. Worse yet, her body would disperse, transforming into deadly poison that would pour down on them, directly applying more Poison Debuffs.

It was simply an unsolvable conundrum!

Lu Fan put himself in his enemies’ position. If he encountered such a stubborn and frustrating opponent, he would have fled long ago!

However, Lu Fan could run, but his enemies could not.

Next to Lu Fan were seven Pet Dragons and countless Fallen Corpse Puppets. Once Ji Ji latched onto someone, with all his other Pet Dragons and Summons swarming in, what chance of survival would they have?

Lu Fan watched with satisfaction as Ji Ji used her near-suicidal attack to single-handedly kill a Decaying Louse that would give even Fourth Profession Players a run for their money.

From now on, he would never need to worry about Ji Ji getting injured in battle.

If Ji Ji was injured, the only ones who would suffer would be their enemies.

After Ji Ji single-handedly killed a Decaying Louse, her confidence soared, and she flew several joyful circles in the air, looking extremely excited.

Afterward, she directly stabbed her tail into the dead Decaying Louse’s body again. Streams of greyish-white smoke flowed from the insect’s body through Ji Ji’s tail and into her own body, finally converting it into poison within Ji Ji.

Lu Fan checked Ji Ji’s Attribute Panel and indeed, Ji Ji’s poison had gained a new Decay Effect.

Decay could make an enemy’s wounds worse, and when used in combination with Corrosion, it could achieve a result greater than the sum of its parts.

Lu Fan was thrilled, thinking that at this rate, Ji Ji, a Support Specialised Dragon, might eventually become the Main Damage Dealer.

In the future, she could just spray her poison around and directly dissolve her enemies. At that point, why would she need the other Dragons to finish her enemies off for her?

In his excitement, Lu Fan commanded loudly. “Ji Ji, go help your Brothers and Sisters kill the enemies. At the same time, test the power of your poison!”

“Jijiji!” As Ji Ji’s strength increased, she had clearly become braver. She showed no resistance to Lu Fan’s command to fight; instead, she seemed excited.

She flew up into the air, and from her body, directly split into three smaller Poison Dragons about two sizes smaller than herself – these Poison Dragons were only about 70-80% similar in appearance to herself.

Though, rather than calling them small Poison Dragons, they might better be described as three strange birds.

Since Ji Ji’s body was already small to begin with, the three small Poison Dragons split from her were even smaller, looking not much different from three dark red crows.

Lu Fan knew this was Ji Ji’s Skill, Hell Guardian.

The Hell Guardian Skill was now Level 2, which allowed Ji Ji to summon 3 Hell Guardians, each capable of dishing out Origin of All Poisons. They were equivalent to a smaller version of Ji Ji.

However, Ji Ji obviously did not intend for these three Hell Guardians to merely spray poison from high above to weaken the Attributes of the Monsters present.

After appearing, the three Hell Guardians flew directly toward where the Decaying Lice were gathered, then plunged downward, either crashing into the ground or onto the Decaying Lice, before exploding into large pools of poison.

From the poison, countless poisonous gases hissed outward, forming a Poisonous Mist that enveloped a large area, applying stacks of Poison Debuffs to the Decaying Lice.

Immediately, all the Decaying Lice within the Poisonous Mist had their Attributes rapidly decreasing. Most visibly was the combination Effect of Corrosion and Decay.

The hard shells of the Decaying Lice were quickly Corroded, creating bowl-sized ulcers. After these ulcers appeared, the Decay began to show its power, causing white bubbles to form at the ulcers, further aggravating the wounds.

The emergence of Decay was undoubtedly like rubbing salt in their wound.

This caused the Decaying Lice in the Poisonous Mist to suffer intensely, making them go crazy with pain.

Without needing the other Pet Dragons to attack, Ji Ji just needed some time to torture all the Monsters to death with her poison.

Fortunately, the attacks from the other Pet Dragons arrived at this time, giving these Monsters a release from their suffering.

With their Attributes weakened, the Decaying Lice were even less able to withstand the attacks from the other Pet Dragons and were all killed like sweeping away dead trees.

Afterward, Ji Ji once again began collecting poison from the corpses of the Decaying Lice, gaining considerable Experience Points, though not enough to Level Up.

By this point, Lu Fan had been in Dragon Fall Valley for about a day.

Lu Fan did not rush to continue exploring but took a short break, sitting down to eat something with his ‘Children’.

It had to be mentioned that even within the Dragon Clan, Ji Ji was a unique existence. She had no interest in foods like grilled meat, but rather preferred to drink potent Poison Potions.

So, for this journey, Lu Fan had to pack several dozen bottles of deadly Poison Potions as her meal/snacks.

After a brief rest, Lu Fan continued forward.

According to the transcript left behind by the Old Patriarch, Lu Fan would next encounter a Monster called the Eight-Treasure Toad.

This Monster was a Level 95 Gold Grade Boss, with very High Attributes. It had many pustules on its back, and once attacked, these pustules would rupture, releasing a Poisonous Mist.

Once someone inhaled this Poisonous Mist, they would have the Dizzy Status on them.

It was said that a Fourth Profession Player from the Ye Family had once been poisoned by it. After being poisoned, he felt dizzy and nauseous, completely unable to display his proper strength.

This Poison Effect was equivalent to a Crowd Control Skill, and Lu Fan certainly wanted to add such an Effect to Ji Ji’s Origin of All Poisons.

Soon, as Lu Fan proceeded, he indeed encountered the Eight-Treasure Toad and successfully collected the Dizzy Poison.

As Lu Fan continued forward, he encountered two more different Monsters and obtained the Rigid and Weakness Poison Effects from them.

By now, the Old Patriarch’s transcript was nearing its end.

Because further ahead, Lu Fan would encounter the strange Tree Monster that Old Patriarch had met years ago.

This Tree Monster’s strength was clearly several levels higher than the previous Monsters. Otherwise, three Fourth Profession Players from the Ye Family would not have been wiped out, and in the end, Old Patriarch would not have been so unclear about this Monster’s Attributes.

Lu Fan did not know what Poison Effect this Boss had from Old Patriarch’s transcript. However, it must be strong. After all, even with all of the Ye Family’s resources, its poison eventually tortured and killed someone as strong as the Old Patriarch.

[Its poison should be a great supplement for Ji Ji.]
